PODĚBRADY - A pictoresque quiet town 50 Km to the east of Prague, one of the Czech famous spas, specialist in treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Bohemian glass works making the crystal and cut glass are the highlights of this pearl of Central Bohemia.


PLZEŇ - The capital of West Bohemia Excursion to the world-known brewery PILSNER URQUELL, to the brewing house and historical cellar. Video projection and tasting beer, lunch at the brewery restaurant . The Bartholomeus Church with the highest church tower in the country belongs to the most important sights. KARLOVY VARY - The world famous health resort has been in existence for over 6OO years. The spa has some 6O thermal springs, 12 of them in use. You will enjoy a walk along the majestic colonnades, you can sample waters or you may prefer to taste the Becher liquer or excellent wafers . The town is also welknown for its china and glass manufacturing. A festive ball is to be held in the Grandhotel Pupp on 01.- 03/05 to mark the opening of the spa season. The International Film Festival will také place here from July 03rd till July 11th


MARIÁNSKÉ LÁZNĚ - A garden spa town with 4O springs, mineral water sources and moors - the richest network in the world. Among its guests were Gorki, Ibsen, Beethoven.. J.W.Goethe wrote here about his love to Ulrike von Levetzow.

LITOMYŠL - The town has become known to the international public in l994 when Czech President Vaclav Havel organised a summit meeting of six European heads of state in the Chateau here. The Renaissance Chateau is one of the finest architectural monuments in the country. The western wing has been adapted for the Museum of Czech Music. Bedřich Smetana was born in the town, in honour of him the opera festival performance Smetanas Litomyšl is held here.


TŘEBECHOVICE - One of the gems of Czech culture is the Nativitty created by the folk artist at the beginning of the 2Oth century. The nativity contains 400 moving figures.


KUTNÁ HORA - 65 km east of Prague Kutna Hora is an ancient mining town founded in the vicinity of silver mines in the l3th century Your walking tour will take you to the fine church of. St. Barbara, the Italian Court and the historical centre. After lunch you can continue the trip to the Sazava River


TEREZÍN - National Monument from World War II In l942 the Terezín-fortress changed into a ghetto and one of the most dreaded Nazi prisons


LIDICE - 22 km north-west of Prague This village was razed to the grounds by the Nazis on June 10th 1942. Museum, Monument and Rose Garden of Friendship and Peace commamorate the tragedy


ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE - The capital of South Bohemia The town square with renaissance and baroque houses is Central Europe s largest historical market place. Beer lovers will be interested in tasting the world famous Budweis beer, exkursion to the brewery Budvar recommended.


TÁBOR - The city of Tabor was founded in 1420 by the Husites. It ranks among the most significant Czech historic relics


ČESKÝ KRUMLOV - A historical town situated on the river Vltava with an ancient town centre one of the most valuable Renaissance towns in the world, fascinating ancient town core with the second biggest castle in Bohemia. Every year in the second half of August the International Music Festival takes place here


BRNO - The capital of Moravia The town of fairs and exhibitions, associated with the work of the composer Janáček. Enjoy specialities of Moravien cuisine at a wine restaurant in the Gothic rooms of the Špilberk Castle.


MORAVSKÝ KRAS - The Moravien Karst is a world famous locality. You will go through a labyrinth of stalactites and stalagmites to the bottom of Macocha Abyss. The return by boat on the subterranean Punkva stream


TELČ - The town on the World Cultural Heritage list. A unique square in early gothic style and marvellous houses .It is situated near the Czech-Moravian border


OLOMOUC - Originally a royal town founded in 1253, between 1187 and 1641 the capital of Moravia. Since 1063 the seat of Bishops, since 1777 the seat of Archbishops. It is the second largest historic monument reservation in the Czech Republic.


HRADIŠTKO - The largest Premonstratensian Church in Europe


VELEHRAD - Originally a Cistercian Monastery, founded in 1205.During Hussite Wars seriously damaged, the monastery was deserted untill the 17th century when the reconstruction works started. Pope John Paul II paid visit to the monastery in 1990.


SVATÝ KOPEČEK - Holy Hill A pilgrimage resort situated just e few kilometers from Olomouc.


ROŽNOV pod RADHOŠTĚM - Small town with a unique open air museum with folk architecture exhibits.


HARRACHOV - Ski resort, also famous for its glass producing factories..A very popular place in both summer and winter, located high in the mountains.


ŠPINDLERUV MLÝN - The most popular international mountain holiday centre in Bohemia. It is situated at 800 metres above sea level in the valley of the Labe River in the central part of Krkonoše / Giant Mountains/.
